Emmanuel Fabella, M.D. graduated from the University of the Philippines, where he was a consistent scholarship-recipient based on academic excellence. He subsequently ranked as one of the Topnotchers of the Medical Board Examinations. He furthered his medical training at The Wayne State University-Detroit Medical Center, where he was chosen as Chief Medical Resident during his 3rd and 4th years.

Dr. Fabella is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, has been listed in the International Who's Who, and voted as one of “America’s Top Physicians” by the American Consumer’s Research Council. He has received the highest rating of "Premium Care Physician" from United Healthcare.

He has consistently been rated as excellent in Patient Satisfaction on Healthgrades and on RateMDs. Dr. Fabella has not been the subject of any sanctions, disciplinary actions or malpractice claims. He is on the Healthgrades Honor Roll ranking.

He has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at two hospitals.
